EU Right to Withdraw. Due to the highly reproducible nature of knitting patterns, charts refunds are not normally given. EU customers have by regulation a right to withdraw that will be honored provided the patterns have not yet been downloaded. Per the list of exceptions found in the EU compliance guidelines, "online digital content, such as a song or movie, that you started downloading or streaming after you expressly agreed to lose your right of withdrawal by starting the performance." If you wish to have your purchase refunded and have not downloaded the files yet, please contact me at sales@norskneedlework.com with your order number and allow 48 hours as this is a manual process.
